| Summary of my classes for this spring...
Anthropology: Will be super easy. My only class on main campus. All our tests are online!
Strategic Management: Tough. My prof looks just like Wayne Brady, except he's really from Africa and has an accent. We'll be doing case studies from the Harvard Business School, aka not looking forward to it. We also have a big group project in this class that we are required to spend 2 hours a week outside of class as a group on. Ugh.
Retail Concepts Policy: This class revolves around this huge, major, intense retail group project. Basically every group chooses a local retailer to do a retail audit on, and the group presents it for representatives from Neiman Marcus, high-end retail execs, and other judges. They choose the best projects, and 1st place wins $1,000 cash and other prizes. It's going to be a LOT of work, especially with all my other time commitments this semester. My prof says that it is a great thing to put on a resume, partly because it's from the Mays Business School Center for Retailing Studies, which is our program and ranked in the top of the nation, and it really lets you in on the daily working of retail.
Marketing Management: ANOTHER STUPID PROJECT! This is the same prof I had last semester that was doing chemo while he taught our classes. He is old and senile. We have to do long, case analyses in this class too. I am really glad this is my last semester.
Business Ethics: Every Thursday night for 3 hours. Wear business casual. Should be pretty boring. I'll let you know.
On the fun side....
My OPAS Auditorium Ops managers are having a "Fiesta Night" Thursday after my ethics class, complete with lots of Mexican food and sombreros. Aiaiaiai!
Friday night is my friend John's 21st birthday celebration. I can't stay the whole time because I have an OPAS meeting.
I ordered my Aggie Ring! Ring Day is April 4 and I'm reallllyy excited! Whoop!
I am going to apply to be a Muster Host for this year's Muster. I realize it adds a lot of responsibility/stress on top of everything else this semester, but it's my last year here and I want to take advantage of everything I want to do. Speaking of, I need to see if I can get into that Retail Buying class...

| P.S. Update on the guy thing: Alistair is a no-go. The end :) | | |
| So it is freezing again. I hate this Texas weather...80 degrees one day, 40 the next.
Classes begin Monday, I am kinda looking forward to it because this semester is definitely going to keep me busy. On Thursdays I will be on campus from 7am to 9pm. Gross. But the GOOD thing is...this is my last semester! I will be done with classes! Then I will just have my study abroad and internship and I'm DONE! Isn't that crazy? I will definitely miss the football games and all the fall excitement, but it had to end sometime. Looking to graduate December 2008.

Woo hoo.
P.S. OPAS started up last night, we hosted The 5 Browns (www.the5browns.com) and they were AMAZING! I am putting a video up of their last piece. All 5 siblings attended Juilliard in piano, and each one plays their own grand piano on stage. Simply amazing.

What a great week! I had a Halloween date, which turned into 6 hours talking/walking/eating around campus, which turned into an all-day event, which turned into a early morning walk to work with me, which turned into me going to his intermural football game tonight! And yes, I will also be his date for the A&M-tu game the week of Thanksgiving. He is pretty neato. We shall see.
Other than that, just keeping busy with our huge marketing research group project which is like 70% of our grade, and OPAS of course. I went home this weekend for the first time this semester and it was really nice. I miss hanging out with my family.
Be praying for me, over Thanksgiving break I have a doctor appointment about a spot on my back. He thinks it MIGHT be skin cancer, but he isn't sure so they're going to check it out. At any rate, I think I'm having surgery in Janurary to get it removed (it's that place that my sister stabbed me with a pencil when I was 2).
I love autumn. I love walking outside when the weather is perfect. I love when the leaves start changing colors and fall from the trees. I love the smell of fireplaces being lit for the first time this season. Ahh.

Oh I forgot to tell y'all, I joined the OPAS Puppet Team! My friend Kristin and I decided what the heck, we might as well. We spend enough time in the SPO that more extra hours wouldn't hurt. Mom freaked out because I have very little free time as it is, but oh well.
Oh and my protein levels are below the lowest range you should have, so I can't donate plasma for a couple of weeks until I get it back up.
Oh and The Ten Tenors that performed at OPAS in September were super cool. I got to hang out with them the whole day of the show, try walking into Wal-Mart with 12 ridiculously good-looking Australians. Super. One of them added me on Facebook and we've been keeping in touch. Check it: http://www.thetentenors.com.
Oh and...that's all. Promise.
